These infographics represent the models that were developed in collaboration with participants on their experiences during Phase 1. These models were carried through to Phase 2 and used as a tool when discussing Upstream, Midstream and Downstream change in community mental health. We invite you to download.

Creating Upstream Change to Address Mental Health Inequities illustrates how the health work of a person with lived experience of mental illness is impacted by experiences of exclusion and inclusion at the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream level. Health Work refers to everything a person with lived experience needs to do to sustain their health and wellness.
